With the judgement of 12 May 1998, the District Court of Hamburg pronounced that, whilst executing a link, one is also held responsible for the linked contents, if applicable. This can, according to the District Court, only be prevented when one specifically distances himself from these contents. We have installed links to other pages in Internet throughout our pages. Valid for all these links is: We declare, specifically that we have no influence whatsoever, regarding the layout and contents of the linked pages. Therefore, we herewith particularly distance ourselves from all contents of all linked pages to our Homepage and consequently do not identify ourselves with these pages. This declaration is valid for all links appearing on our Homepage and for all contents of the pages to which all registered banner and links lead.
